Dr. Lyes Saad Saoud is an accomplished professional with a rich academic background and diverse expertise. He earned his D.Sc. and M.C.A. degrees (empowerment to direct research) in physics, specializing in renewable energies, from the University of Boumerdès, Algeria, in January 2015 and February 2017, respectively. His academic achievements have been acknowledged with U.S. equivalency.

As an Associate Professor at the University of Boumerdès, Dr. Saoud contributed significantly to the academic community. From February 2019 to October 2019, he assumed the pivotal role of Head and Scientific Member of the Department of Electrical Systems Engineering, concurrently serving as a Scientific Member of the Faculty of Technology at Boumerdès.

Currently holding the titles of Engineer and Magister in electronics, Dr. Saoud continues to advance his expertise in various domains. His recent research interests span a broad spectrum, encompassing advanced neural networks, fuzzy logic, hybrid systems, renewable energy, sustainability and the environment, energy engineering, and cybersecurity.

Dr. Saoud's contributions extend beyond academia, as evidenced by his active involvement in international conferences. He has served as a respected member of the Technical Committee for several specialized conferences, underlining his commitment to advancing knowledge in his areas of expertise.
